🏷️ ЧТО ТАКОЕ РАЗДЕЛИТЕЛЬНЫЕ ВОПРОСЫ

Разделительные вопросы (question tags) — это короткие вопросы, которые мы добавляем в конце предложения. Они помогают:

  • уточнить информацию, в которой мы не до конца уверены
  • получить согласие или подтверждение от собеседника
  • сделать высказывание более дружелюбным и вовлекающим

Примеры:

  • We're meeting at 6, aren't we?
  • This seat is free, isn't it?
  • He works hard, doesn't he?

🧩 КАК СТРОИТЬ QUESTION TAGS

Главный принцип — противоположность: если предложение утвердительное, вопрос будет отрицательным, и наоборот.

📌 Утвердительное предложение → отрицательный вопрос

📌 Отрицательное предложение → положительный вопрос

🔍 КАК ВЫБРАТЬ ВСПОМОГАТЕЛЬНЫЙ ГЛАГОЛ

Question tag строится с помощью того же вспомогательного глагола (или be / have), который есть в предложении.

Если в предложении уже есть вспомогательный глагол:

  • You are coming, aren't you?
  • She has left, hasn't she?
  • They will call, won't they?

Если в предложении нет вспомогательного глагола:

Используем do / does / did в зависимости от времени и лица.

  • You speak Spanish, don't you? (Present Simple)
  • He works here, doesn't he? (Present Simple)
  • They arrived yesterday, didn't they? (Past Simple)

⚠️ ОСОБЫЕ СЛУЧАИ

I am → aren't I?

В вопросе для I am используется нестандартная форма aren't I (разговорный вариант).

  • I am on time, aren't I?
  • I'm doing it right, aren't I?

Let's → shall we?

После предложений, начинающихся с Let's, используется shall we.

  • Let's go for a walk, shall we?
  • Let's order pizza, shall we?

Повелительное наклонение → will you? / won't you?

После просьб и команд чаще всего ставится will you (иногда won't you для более вежливого тона).

  • Open the window, will you?
  • Don't be late, will you?
  • Sit down, won't you?

Местоимение в вопросе всегда согласуется с подлежащим

  • My sister is a musician, isn't she?
  • Your parents are on holiday, aren't they?
  • This book is interesting, isn't it?
